What is Okkle?

Okkle helps self-employed UK couriers track mileage, earnings, expenses, receipts and tax estimates for their own records.

Is Okkle tax advice?

No. Okkle is a record-keeping and estimate tool. Please confirm figures with an accountant or HMRC before filing.

Where is my data stored?

Your records are stored on your device. Okkle does not run a user account server for your mileage, earnings, expenses or receipts. If you export, back up or share files, those copies are controlled by the destination you choose.

How do I delete my data?

Open Okkle, go to Settings > Data & backup, then tap Delete all my data. You can also delete individual trips or records from the Records screen.

What if I need help with data deletion?

Email admin@okklelab.com and include "Privacy" in the subject line. Because Okkle stores records on your device, you may also need to delete any exports or backups you saved separately.
