Overview

Okkle helps self-employed UK couriers track mileage, earnings, expenses, receipts and estimated tax information. Okkle is a record-keeping tool and does not provide tax advice or file tax returns.

Data Stored In The App

Okkle may store profile settings, vehicle settings, trip records, mileage, route details, earnings, expenses, receipt images, pay screenshots, backup status and tax estimate inputs on your device.

How Data Is Used

Your data is used to show records, calculate estimates, generate exports, create backup files, support reminders and power app features you choose to use.

Location, Motion, Camera And Photos

Location and motion permissions are used for trip tracking and optional trip nudges. Camera and photo access are used when you choose to capture or attach receipt and pay-statement images. Calendar access is used only if you choose to add HMRC deadline reminders.

Data Sharing

Okkle does not sell personal data. Your records are stored on your device unless you choose to export, back up or share them. If you send feedback, your message, optional screenshot and non-sensitive diagnostics are sent by email to Okkle support.

Deleting Data

You can delete individual trips or records in the app. To delete all local app data, open Settings > Data & backup, then tap Delete all my data. Deleting app data does not remove files you previously exported, backed up or shared outside Okkle.

Children

Okkle is not intended for children under 13.
